Richemont International
Uniting the global luxury industry against watch and jewellery crime.
The theft of watches and jewellery had become a growing problem for the luxury and insurance sectors. Richemont created Enquirus, a neutral digital platform designed to help the entire industry address the issue worldwide.
An extensive research programme, involving interviews across brands, law enforcement, insurers and the pre-owned market, shaped a brand built on insight and collaboration.
The positioning idea, Intelligence. Applied., captures Enquirus’ purpose, using shared data and collective intelligence to make the resale of stolen pieces harder, and ownership safer for customers.
Within months of launch, Enquirus attracted over 172,000 sign-ups and 200 partners, signalling a cultural shift in how luxury ownership is protected.
The long-term ambition is simple: when you buy a luxury watch, you register it on Enquirus — creating a safer, more transparent industry for everyone.
